Islamophobia in South Africa

Cape Town - Muslims in South Africa are concerned over the increasing incidents of Islamophobia, after the destruction of the mosque in Cape Town on Monday (January 9th 2017). The incident came three days after a pig snout found in other mosques.
Representatives of South African Muslim Network (SAMNET), Faisal Suleiman, said he worried about incidents of Islamophobia will increase if no action actors.
"We believe there is bias in the news some of our media, which instead refers to Muslims must take responsibility for some of these incidents," said Suleiman as reported by Anadolu Agency on Wednesday (January 11th 2017).
