According to local police, on Friday (February 3rd 2017), the offender had shouted "Allahu akbar" and attacked one French soldier before being shot another soldier. The incident occurred near the underground shop Louvre Museum complex on Friday.
Men armed with machetes came from Egypt and arrived in France on 26 January. Quoted by Reuters, the man is previously obtained a tourist visa in Dubai, before arriving in Paris.
