Damascus - Syrian President Bashar Al Assad allegedly associated with the use of chemical weapons in the conflict in that country. He along with his brother was named by several international investigators are responsible for war crimes there.
Earlier, the joint investigation UN and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) said the only military unit syria that use chlorine bomb attacks. Never mentioned the name of the commander and the officer who ordered the attack was carried out.
However, the international investigators released a report on Friday (January 13th 2017) noted that a series of attacks with chlorine bombs was ordered directly by Assad and his brother Maher named. The use of chemical weapons to knock out the opposition in Syria is carried out at about 2014 to 2015.
