Spain - Runaway king of cocaine, Francesco Casteriotta (42) ends. Heavyweight drug mafia from Italy was arrested in El Vrendrell, a small town in the north of Barcelona, Spain, last Christmas.
Castriotta a fugitive since escaping from his home in Milan in 2009. At that time he was under house arrest, awaiting trial. The house arrest punishment was associated with a medical condition. Castriotta suffering from priapism or commonly called a permanent erection. The condition occurs due to eating too much kokai him throughout his life.
When judged that time, he pleaded to the judge in order not to be arrested.
