1962. James Meredith, an African-American citizen, temporarily prohibited from applying to University of Mississippi, the colleges only accept white skinned people. Although contrary to the court's decision, the Governor of Mississippi, Ross Bannet, insisting that the colored people can't sign up to the University of Mississippi.
