Russia Announced a Unilateral Ceasefire in Aleppo

Aleppo - Russia announced a unilateral ceasefire in Aleppo although the rebels have stepped up attacks during the week to break the siege in the eastern district by the Syrian government. Pause battle took place Friday; at (4/11) for 10 hours from 09:00 local time.
It was the second time Russia declared a ceasefire in less than a month since the humanitarian pause failed to do last October. Chief of Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov said yesterday pause aims to provide civilians and fighters out of eastern Aleppo from falling 'innocent victims'.
However, UN warns of humanitarian operations can not rely on political initiatives or military. She recalls only a handful of people who managed to get out of the eastern region of Aleppo for a humanitarian pause last October. At that time Russia accuses pemberontaklah that prevent residents to leave the area, as well as using security reasons to block the UN's plan to evacuate the victims.
